PCB's one-day event confined to four cities February 8, 2001 The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has confined the one-day tournament for departmental teams to only four stadia of the country while ignoring main venues like Gaddafi Stadium (Lahore), National Stadium (Karachi), Pindi Stadium (Rawalpindi) and Arbab Stadium (Peshawar). According to the draws released on Wednesday, eight teams will take part in the tournament to be played on single league basis. All the matches will be held at the Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad, Sheikhupura Stadium, Jinnah Stadium, Sialkot and Jinnah Stadium, Gujranwala. Two top teams will play in the final scheduled for Sheikhupura Stadium on April 27. Before the final seven rounds arebeheld and in each round four matches will be decided. Schedule: April 13: Customs v HBL at Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad; NBP v KRL at Sheikhupura Stadium; PIA v ADBP at Jinnah Stadium, Sialkot; ABL v Wapda at Jinnah Stadium, Gujranwala. April 15: KRL v Customs at Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad; HBL v NBP at Sheikhupura Stadium; PIA v Wapda at Jinnah Stadium, Sialkot; ABL v ADBP at Jinnah Stadium, Gujranwala. April 17: KRL v HBL at Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad; Customs v NBP at Sheikhupura Stadium; PIA v ABL at Jinnah Stadium, Sialkot; Wapda v ADBP at Jinnah Stadium, Gujranwala. April 19: Customs v PIA at Sheikhupura Stadium; HBL v ADBP at Iqbal Stadium; NBP v Wapda at Jinnah Stadium, Gujranwala; KRL v ABL at Jinnah Stadium, Sialkot. April 21: ADBP v Customs at Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad; PIA v HBL at Sheikhupura Stadium; NBP v ABL at Jinnah Stadium, Sialkot; KRL v Wapda at Jinnah Stadium Gujranwala. April 23: Wapda v Customs at Jinnah Stadium, Gujranwala; ABL v HBL at Jinnah Stadium, Sialkot; NBP v PIA at Sheikhupura Stadium; KRL v ADBP at Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad. April 25: ABL v Customs at Jinnah Stadium, Gujranwala; Wapda v HBL at Jinnah Stadium, Sialkot; ADBP v NBP at Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad; PIA v KRL at Sheikhupura Stadium.
